Sub-processor List
The third parties below process personal data on our behalf to deliver our services. All are bound by data-protection terms equivalent to ours.
Infrastructure
Amazon Web Services (EU/UK regions) — compute, storage, network. Cloudflare (UK/EU) — CDN, edge compute, DDoS. Vercel (EU) — hosting for selected client sites.
Backend
Supabase (Frankfurt / London) — managed Postgres, auth, storage.
Commerce
Shopify (Ireland/UK) — merchant data for storefront and app integrations.
AI
OpenAI (EU) and Google (EU) — model inference under zero-retention agreements where available.
Operational
Resend (EU) — transactional email. Stripe (UK) — billing. Linear/Notion (US, SCCs) — internal collaboration (no client PII unless agreed).
Changes
We notify clients 30 days before adding or replacing sub-processors. Object to care@dolatech.co.uk.
