Refund & Cancellation

Engagements are typically fixed-fee per phase or time-and-materials per the SOW.
Discovery sprints (fixed)
Cancellable up to 5 working days before kickoff for full refund. After kickoff, fees are non-refundable; deliverables to date will be handed over.
Build engagements
Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. You pay for work performed and any non-cancellable third-party costs incurred.
Subscriptions / retainers
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Pro-rata refunds are not provided for the notice period.
Statutory rights
Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected where applicable.
